This short course is directed towards people who are curious about, and would like to begin experiencing some of the benefits of, Ashtanga Yoga. We will cover the fundamentals of the practice; learn the standing series of asanas; apply some meditation and pranayama techniques; and take one afternoon to go out into the surrounding Picos de Europa, an excurion which will be specified by the weather and the group involved.
An ideal introduction for anyone new to Ashtanga and meditation, or anyone wishing to deepen their foundations in the practice.
