This is quite literally, a retreat of a lifetime.

On the 12^th of August, Asturias will experience a total solar eclipse. The event will not be repeated for 375 years! This retreat is all about celebrating this great cosmic moment in a fully conscious way

The day of the eclipse, we will wake up, do yoga, meditation and chanting and then set out from the doorstep of the yoga shala on a three hour mountain trek to a nearby peak

At the moment of the eclipse itself, we will be standing on the peak with views of the ocean  and the 3 massifs of the Picos de Europa to witness it.

Before the cosmic event, we will have three days of meditation, yoga and healthy eating to tune our consciousness so we may be fully present in observing this incredible phenomenon.

After the event, we will have a day 48 hours of celebration, of music, dance and a singing circle bonfire.
